I played a lot of Danganronpa, Ace Attorney and Zero's last reward games each of them are unique and exiting to experience with cool characters making some crazy decisions that impacts the way the story develops.

What is this game about?

Your Turn To Die -Death Game By Majority- (Kimi ga Shine) is a freeware negotiation/horror/adventure game by Nankidai made in RPG Maker MV. Currently, it goes up to Chapter 3, Part One (Section B). It will be released a part at a time.

Sara Chidouin returns home from school late one night to discover that something's gone terribly wrong.

When she comes to, she finds herself, her friend Joe, and 9 other people trapped in a mysterious place.

Placed in life-and-death situations, they must come to an agreement about what they should do - and who should die.

The author Nankidai has allowed an English translation of his work and let's call it unofficial for now since the author cannot double check the accuracy of this translation, but for those who cannot read Japanese it's a godsend.

I played Legend of Mana when I las a kid in the year 2000 it felt like a world born of dreams and Imagination, I was learning English at the time so it was a challenge to understand all those special characters that have accents when they speak, nonetheless It was a fun 2D game with many side quest and all you had to do was explore and talk to others in order to activate special missions to progress in the story.

It's been remade in the right time, just after the Seiken Densetsu 3 the game has little and big references to that game in particular, the game launched in June 24th so now you can purchase it and play it for the first time if you were born after the year 1999 or play it a second time.

Lucky for me I got the Digital Artbook of the remake so I can share it with you guys.

Nintendo knows something you don't.

I do believe the switch PRO it's real and inside some secret underground Nintendo laboratory.

But that doesn't mean Nintendo will show it at an E3 when they know other companies will to anything to undermine the hardware specs of the console, as always. Nintendo just keeps showing games to feed the urge the keep buying the original Switch models that are still in the market my guess it's Nintendo will choose March again as the release date and show it on their OWN Nintendo Direct when all eyes are on them and will prepare a huge promotional video to sell it along with a new game (not zelda 2*wink*).

By the way I own 2 Original Switch and 1 Smash Limited Edition Switch, its really comfy with the pro wired controller and the PRO wireless controller.

Pokémon Masters! Ranking Masters III

RANK 3 ELESA & ZEBSTRIKA

The pair it's not fantastic BUT Elesa it's the best electric type Striker in the game. It can boost its attack and hit super hard with wild charge, but the move's recoil can prevent you from spamming it.

RANK 3 LANCE & DRAGONITE

Lance have access to hyper beam, which it gains STAB from via one of its passives. Powerful yet very slow but can shine with the proper move bar/speed support.

RANK 3 LEAF & EEVEE

A unit more suited for the battle villa, Leaf and Eevee has a Potion and Move Bar accelerator, but buffs itself instead of its party. Despite this, its ‘Benefactor’ passive, passes on all of Eevee’s stat changes if you switch it out.

RANK 3 PLAYER & SOLGALEO

A powerful unit capable of doing Steel and Fighting damage. While powerful, its boosting move takes from the move bar which slows it down a lot. Like Lance, it can be a solid damage dealer with acceleration support.

RANK 3 BLUE & PIDGEOT

The current best Flying-type Striker in the game. Again, it’s not powerful, but it’s a good go-to for Flying-type damage. Blue excels at building unity via crits and quick, low cost moves. Once it mega evolves, it can deal some serious damage with Hurricane.

RANK 4 BLAINE & PONYTA

The game’s Sunny Day setter. Niche, but extremely useful when Sun is needed. Also has a good speed stat for quick farming.

RANK 4 WINONA & PELIPPER

Same deal as Blaine, Winona sets Rain Dance, which was the main strategy in certain EX Courses back in the day. 

RANK 4 HILDA & TEPIC

Another Fire-type Striker. Suffers from Recoil a bit and is nowhere near Red/Charizard’s level, but can be a good backup option for those who don’t have access to him.

RANK 4 SKYLA & SWANNA

Not a top tier support, but it has access to potions and a defensive/speed buff for the entire party. Pretty good for a free unit.

RANK 4 PRYCE & SEEL

A legendary F2P unit that crawled back from the depths of hell to become the best Ice-Type striker against all odds. AoE is actually pretty good because it drops the opponent’s speed. Great passives and becomes even better with its sync grid.

Japan Animator Expo! 2014

What does Hideaki Anno the creator of EVANGELION does with all the money he earned from the EVA movies? have you ever asked yourself that?

Well he actually did told people what he did with all that money:

"To create an animator EXPO to showcase a variety of short animations where the creator have total control over it."

But why some other multi million company haven't done this before? the answer: it's nor profitable, all the companies around the world will only fund events or projects with the objective to made more money short/long term, Hideaki took this huge project upon him by knowing he will not make even 1 YEN out of it, he wants to break the stalemate of moe animation in Japan and invest in all the animators to showcase their unique animation project.

Porter Robinson?

A long time ago 2008 I believe people where learning Japanese with NAMASENSEI, and among those who were learning people say there was ONE GUY named Porter Robinson and no one bat a single eye about this because many more were learning back then... The real surprise came years later in 2016 when he wrote the story of the music of his very own original short animation along with A-1 Studios.

Evangelion 3.0 + 1.0 Thrice upon a time booklet

Yes! I know the movie it's up and made gorillions but I just don't live in Japan, instead I just want to share the movie booklet they gave to those who actually went to the premier and bought a ticket. Be warned thought this booklets it's filled with character story details that are heavily connected to the final movie, I knew this will happen since evangelion it's very lore-heavy and a 2 hour movie can't do it justice so the book has those juicy past events.

I've only seen the first 12 minutes... will Anno take it outside of Japan anytime soon?

Pokémon Masters! Ranking Masters II

RANK 2 ROSA & DELIBIRD

She was a limited event pair, very frail but hits hard and fast like a mewtwo he will buff your attack on an area and a move bar acceleration he is not so bulky but it's still a great support.

RANK 2 STEVEN & METAGROSS

He will rip you a new one, a mega evolution striker that buff its moves during an unity bonus and can buff both its attack and defense. He is STRONG and get even better after mega evolving with access to bullet punch a FREE MOVE that doesn't use any of the move bar he is a good synch pair.

RANK 2 HILBERT & OSHAWOTT

He is similar to Delibird but a bit less bulky overall a good support, he will give AoE attack buffs, witch gives +3 at full health, and+4 after taking damage. Use this to power up stats for the entire party! this give Hilbert a rare niche job to fill up also let's not forget that +2 waterfall its good and adds damage.

RANK 2 SYGMA SUIT ELESA & ROTOM

A unique support with fantastic bulk and an AoE Sp. Atk buff, as well as a move that can decrease the sync countdown of an ally. Becomes fantastic with its sync grid skills fully unlocked.

RANK 3 CYNTHIA & GARCHOMP

Oh how the mighty has fallen

A mega evolving striker that makes use of Attack, Speed and Crit buffs to deal damage efficiently. Unlike Red and Charizard, Cynthia is an AoE attacker, which, along with its somewhat middling stats, hurt its damage output a bit.

RANK 3 KRIS & TOTODILE

A bulkier striker that, while not being a powerhouse out of the box, can deal a fair amount of damage after applying enough buffs. This unit really shines with its passive that allows it to survive any attack with 1HP, making it an ideal closer for harder Co-Op fights.

RANK 3 PLAYER & TORCHIC

Another great free unit that can buff both Attack and Special Attack (+Crit Rate) for the entire party. Though it’s bulk is somewhat lacking, it’s a popular choice for upgrade tickets due to it being a natural 3*.

RANK 3 ROXANE & NOSEPASS

Another great 3* support with a fantastic kit full of Sp. Atk, Speed and Defense AoE buffs. Roxanne really shines with Wide Guard, which protects the party from enemy AoE attacks. Another good candidate to upgrade with tickets.

You have no idea how much I like Tactic Ogre

There are very few games with the message "your actions have consequences" in the world of strategy JRPG, this is one of those few games Tactics Ogre (TO) Let's us cling together it's an enhanced port of the Super Famicom TO developed by QUEST and designed by Yasumi Matsuno is the tale of Denam a young soldier who becomes part of a big military conflict that threatens to kill not only him but those he hold dear.
There are 3 promotional trailers I've seen for this remake the first one it's just an animation showcase introducing the characters, the rendering style it's clearly the same they use for the remaster of Final Fantasy Tactics: War of the Lions.

This two are used to illustrate the world in which the conflict takes place along with the mechanics and combat:

When this game was released for the PSP in the year 2010 it came with a limited edition that included some Tarot Cards about the 21 major arcana used in the game each card was carefully designed by Akihiko Yoshida (another great artist) based on the original design of the card and the significance it holds, nowadays they are expensive and rare to find but why Tarot Cards? well if you watched the videos you could see the game uses them as symbols of your choices (Pavel Denam's Choices)and a way to buff/debuff characters on the field.

As you remember this is a game about choices and sticking to your own choices no matter what or who gests the short end of the stick, you will constantly decide about many things and will pay the consequences: who lives? who dies? who joins your army? what dialogs you will read?

Wheel of Fortune

Lets watch the game cover again shall we? what do you see? a bunch of characters making a circle right? and if you ever seen Tarot cards (Persona games) you should know about the WHEEL OF FORTUNE and what each represents, it will be by your choices that most of this characters will live or die it's a giant wheel of KARMA, good choices? bad choices? neutral choices? it all adds up in the end.

I liked the message of the game so much I scouted the internet for those cards and after a lot of searching could find them in a "OK" resolution and decided to put them all on a single Photoshop file ready to be printed, so there you go if you like the game you can now print the cards too for free, never ever try to sell them since you are not the artist.

Usada Pekora Garage Kit

Usada Pekora, perfect as God intended.

I really like Usada Pekora and I really like building garage kits, dioramas, plastic robots I am no expert but it's my hobby where I pour my passion and love, however every once in a while there is ONE builder that crush all my efforts by years of experience and raw talent.

Sukima(author) made a majestic job with the model kit, I am so jelly but can't help but look in wonder at the final product, and say "maybe I can do it too" but have you looked at the price of that kit?

My eyes imploded.

So no way, and I believe Sukima will only sell it for double the price if not more after watching all the work that had to be done.

Pokémon Masters! Ranking Masters I

I have been trying Pokémon Masters EX (Master SEX for twitter) and some rolls are simply too much powerful when compared to others units, you will usually want to go for this if you want RAW POWER.

5 STAR TRAINER, RED

He is an absolute monster, proof that this is a Pokémon game THE absolute best units in the game for a given mode. These units contribute significantly to a team and should be the first picks for a team for those who have access to them.

Far and away the best unit in the entire game. Incredibly powerful with:

• Sky high Sp. Atk stat
• 178 BP Blast Burn

along with a set of great passives and boosting moves that make it self sufficient. The first real ‘power creep’ of this game.

and that's it, RED it's so good he is beyond the realm of humans and more Godlike than any other trainer that ever existed, to be fair that is how he earned his jacket I really dig his style.

RED, what a chad.

RANK 2 - OLIVIA & LYCANROC

No she is not 5 Stars like RED is but she is a strong and self-sufficient striker that can build unity quickly by taking advantage of critical hits. Considered the best unit in the game before Red’s Release, it is still a very useful Striker.

RANK 2 - BRENDAN & TREECKO

He does try hard to stay on top, a mix attacker that can buff himself to the skies. Like Olivia he was one of the best when the game was in the early days, but still holds himself up.

RANK 2 - PHOEBE & DUSCLOPS

Bulky bulky very bulky BUT she can use Critical Buffs for your team and a move bar accelerating move that also raises attack in accordance with Dusclops’s HP. And even if the enemy it's able to destroy dusclops his ability will allow him to pass buffs to another Pokémon upon fainting.

RANK 2 - GIOVANNI & MEWTWO

Defies nature to create the ultimate Pokémon and yet RED still beat him to a pulp, they are like a crystal knife can attack fast and hard using the Sp Attack and Speed but MewTwo can't buff it's own special attack. They are a solid team specially if you wanna destroy ghost types due to having access to Shadow Ball.

RANK 2 - ROSA & SERPERIOR

Rosa is beauty and power in equilibrium she ir oriented support and a FREE unit, she will buff your team's Special Attack and a move bar acceleration along with fantastic bulk have made Serperior viable for a long time. GET HER NOW!

I played FFT a long time ago and replayed FFT-War of the Lions on my PSP like a year ago one of my long time favorite games having a strong story, internal conflict, well written dialog, believable characters, beautiful dioramas as the battle zone along with character design. I know it's a Yasumi Matsuno game I admire him a great deal for this.

Now let's talk dioramas, Matsuno needed a game to run at 60fps constantly through the game in order to improve the player experience and this was the PSX in 1997 so some compromises had to be made: the maps cannot be large and the summons animations cannot be too fancy but even with this limitations they delivered a wonderfully crafted game.

The game it's very very old and you may think people had forgotten it, but the answer its: "no", just a few years back I started watching people making art and dioramas with the characters and selling it online to my surprise some were buying them!.

This one sold faster than ice melts on the dessert.

There are a lot of talented people out there using their time to pay homage to great games and selling their work as a way of living, maybe I will try to make something similar even if it does not looks that cool at the beginning.

This was not a FFT (only) post, I was talking in dioramas in general as a way to pay tribute to a game that really managed to catch your attention and by the end of it you cant help but feel good when talking about it, take a look at how Adam from zero makes its own diorama of Link vs a Lynel on a 1 vs 1 open field battle.

SAKUNA HARVEST 1 MILL!

 

Rejoice we reached 1 mill units sold princess Sakuna.

Got it 5 days after the release on my switch, and started playing non stop for over a month, the hidden harvest mechanics were quite intriguing 2 people planting, watering and harvesting the same rice wont get the same results...

It was crazy how everyone online was asking "Why does my rice lacks _____?" or "How do you use fertilizer?" and the only answer you got: "read the rice cultivation guide", the devs went the extra mile to make it as realist and fast paced as possible keeping players hooked on the rice BUT also giving some nice 2D action combat to avoid boring the player.

Goddess Sakuna and Tama

The devs though the game will barely scrap 30K sales because they have almost no money to promote the game, instead the whole gaming community would recommend it to one another, finally they reaped the fruits of their labor 1mill units sold.

It was fun and if you wanted an action challenge you could always challenge the 200 floor cave, I have just good things to say about Sakuna, even the memes were super fun for an indie game.

Pokémon Arceus Ideas

The tale of origin will be told as foretold by Arceus himself

I have mixed feelings about this new game, the concept on words alone sound FANTASTIC but after watching the trailer it's clear a lot of work needs to be done if they want it to surpass Pokémon Sword & Shield.

Pokéballs made of wood? IT JUST WORKS!

I can rant about the frame drops, empty world, wanky animations or the lack of details but the game it's not out yet! so let's go to the positive side of the story: "Talented creators want Pokémon's to have brand new evolutions because why not?

Some are very cool, some are ok but I still wonder if Gamefreak will up their game?
